SHIPPING INFORMATION:
UPDATE: Due the current situations in Afghanistan, Armenia, China, Iran, Iraq, Haiti, Libya, Nauru, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Yemen we are unable to fulfil physical CD orders to these areas as they are on suspension at the UK post offices or having internal delivery issues. There are other countries that also remain problematic, in Asia and Africa. if you have a question contact us BEFORE ordering.

Orders are processed and out for shipment from the UK within 7 working days of your order (whenever possible). Once out, add…2 to 6 weeks with First Class Mail International. Our experience has been approximately 14 business days for deliveries with this class of postage depending on destination country and time of year, but we allow 6 weeks before deeming a package lost due to current situations.

Please note that you will NOT be given a tracking number for your order, unless requested in ADVANCE and paid extra for 'Tracked Shipping'. Postage is calculated with Standard Shipping prices.

Due to the fact that each package is bought with a free download, and that the PO is overwhelmed, give extra time to receive your CD. We take no liability for safe handling of packages once they are mailed, especially where Covid or any infectious disease is an issue. Please let your package sit a few days or use gloves to open if this is the case.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:
Please note that you will be responsible to pay any duties and customs generated in the course of delivering your package. These are completely in the hands of the customs authorities of your home country and rates and fees are not available for us to quote or estimate.

EUROPEAN UNION MEMBERS: The UK and EU have initiated new Customs Duty Tax on exports from the UK to the EU - because we are not responsible for calculating and paying Customs Duty in your EU country, you will be charged by your postal service for the appropriate Customs tax on your product to receive it. We will not refund you if you purchase CDs and must pay Customs Duty. Due to these unfortunate circumstances, WE ADVISE THAT YOU PURCHASE OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS instead, these products are not liable for Customs Duty.

As a matter of policy to protect our relationship with the various customs agencies, we DO NOT alter the value of your package. We apologise, but we can’t risk our business. Please stay healthy and enjoy the music.

Return Policy
We accept returns on products that arrive damaged, unless otherwise specified in a separate invoice. We do not refund for mp3 or digital downloads.

Please contact us and include the following:

your name
order number
order date
name of the product you wish to return
reason for return

When you return an item, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges and any transaction fees. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded.

Please contact us if you have any problems with lost or damaged packages and we will address the specific situation. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of the packaging and specific damage.

For International Deliveries, we currently only work with the UK Postal Service (Royal Mail). In our experience, UPS, FedEx, and DHL prove to be very expensive services.

**** We reserve the right to not sell to customers with problematic shipping addresses or who file more than one claim on new orders without returning goods. In this case your payment will be refunded minus transaction fees. If you are concerned about your shipping address or this policy please contact us before ordering, not after.
